I usually hesitate to do business with long time friends, but that was never going to be an issue with Nick. He's as professional and informed as they come. He always had time to address my needs and had every answer throughout what can be a difficult process. In the end I got exactly what I wanted in a great location for a good price. Nick and his team made a difficult process very easy. I think that is a key element when you are working with customers. I really knew nothing about the process and he explained it thoroughly once, and then just made it happen....one step at a time. And, in the end, we were happy with the final price we sold it for and how smoothly the closing went. I would definitely recommend Nick and his team to anyone....anytime.
