Nick did a great job selling our home. He did a comprehensive market analysis that he presented at our first meeting. He knows the market and had a great marketing plan including all aspects of social media. He was very responsive whenever we had any questions. He gave us feedback after all showings and the open house. I guess proof of his good work is that he had our house under deposit in three weeks for the full asking price.
