I am very new to the area and a friend of mine is a Real Estate agent. He wanted to help me but does not have the license for the state I was looking in. We worked with Nick on 2 real estate transactions this year. Both properties were in P&S with in the first month of the listing hitting the market. My husband and I were impressed with Nick from our initial meeting. He was well prepared and extremely professional. He is timely in his responsiveness to questions/concerns. Above all he is trustworthy...which selling something as personal as your home I feel is the most important attribute. We have already referred Nick to family and friends.

I HIGHLY recommend Nick to anyone looking for a real estate agent! He was able to professionally photograph, list and get our house under contract in just 20 days! And that was during what I consider an "off" time of the season (January-February). He always returned my calls, texts and emails (sometimes as late as midnight). Incredibly responsive, hard working, professional individual. Already used him to purchase our new house, and also sell a commercial condo unit as well. Did an excellent job on everything! Highly recommend Slocum Realty! In 2 months Nick and Phil were able to find us a tenant for our office space that one of the largest commercial brokers hadn't been able to do for us in two years. Not only did they find the prospect for us but they assisted in every phase of the transaction and they were always available 24/7. They went "above and beyond" with their service and couldn't have done a better job for us. You can't make a better choice than Slocum Realty!
