Nick was extremely knowledgable and patient through out the entire process. He was able to set my expectations from start to finish on the search process and finally the purchase. He was extremely responsive and went above and beyond when it came to the closing process. If I didn't like my house as much as I do I'd probably be looking for another, using Nick.
