Nick is incredibly hard working, personable and knowledgeable in his field. Mr. Slocum recently concluded a 1031 like kind exchange for me. He listed and sold my multi-family investment property within 30 days!! He then located the replacement property, negotiated the purchase and closed the sale within 45 days!! This young man is professional and conscientious, and he has the expertise of an agent twice his age. I highly recommend him and Slocum Realty.
