We had 2 rooms booked. Both had bugs, dirt on the walls and windows, the window locks didn’t work making us feel unsafe. We tried to contact a manager but were told there wasn’t one on duty. We left a number but no one contacted us. The rooms were terrible. The pool was tore up and had green water in it. This is definitely not the place that was advertised. We left and stay elsewhere. according to a housekeeper... they have a bedbug infestation and have multiple fines through labor and industries and need to be shut down and the owners refuse to have repairs made that need repaired and will not get new beds or bedding and fix their infestation
After seeing a post about bloody toilet paper from a needle being used in this establishment and none of the workers cared to compensate nor offered to exchange said persons money, you will not be getting my business and I will make sure to spread the word. DO NOT STAY HERE!
The rooms are filthy. I can see the dirt on the walls.

stuff does not work pool is not heated broken windows vending machine dont have anything in them room was not clean room smelled funny. book a king size bed got here was told there was all sold out .this place is a joke .breakfast was horrible
this place was nasty not clean and nothing worked. the girl behind the desk not wearing a mask and insinuates things she doesn't know. I am expecting to be refunded as we had to leave due to their unlivable conditions!
It was horrible as soon as I went up there and saw how filthy it was and drugs all over the room I wanted refund he told me go and come back tomorrow like what’s that gonna do me if u took $225 .
