Stayed a while ago. Rooms were absolutely vile. Had our handy dandy black light and found semen stains in the bed. Terrible customer service. Jodi K was the “manager” at the time and was a complete waste of oxygen. I’m sure she must really service the right person or people to get her position because anyone with half a brain wouldn’t allow that pathetic excuse for a human to be in charge of cleaning a toilet. Double charge for the cess pool room on our card she would not pay back. I contacted BBB, the Chamber of Commerce, t... read more

Dirty rooms that should’ve been caught before guest check in. If this is missed, what else is missed?

At a cost of $160 per night, this hotel is very overpriced for what it is. It’s old and needs remodeled. The double bed rooms are full size beds, not queen or kings. It’s not a dirty place but definitely could use some fixing up. Anywhere else in the country, and I’ve been around, this is a $70 a night room.

The room had a strong odor. Duet on the headboard was thick enough to write in it. The refrigerator had an old burrito in the freezer section. The sheets and washcloth were either stained or dirty. GROSS!

The lobby is beautiful. That being said, the halls are absolutely disgusting, dark and things were broken and dirty when my family checked into our room here. The furnishings seemed to be new, but there was a broken drawer handle sticking half way out into the walking path. I have two small kids and dont need them being impaled. Whole place smells of mold, water damage and weed. We checked out immediately. Definitely not family friendly.
