RecommendedExcellent price. Friendly representatives. Beautiful pool. Clean rooms. Easy parking. Easy unloading of your baggage. Nice hot tub. Beautiful atmosphere. Very near downtown Tempe and there is lots of high class shops

Booked a room for tonight 7/25/2020 and when we checked in not only was there a very strong odor, but our bed had obviously been slept in very recently, and had used Q tips on the bed along with dirty pillow cases. Needless to say we did not stay.
I do not recommend , I had a bad experience. I booked before the storm only because it was advertised as free cancellation, which was a scam. Because even with 48 hr notice they would not honor a refund. We decided to make the most of it, but the room had the view of the parking lot and a dirty carpet. When asked for another option we were told there was partial and gulf view available for a price, we decided to take it. RecommendedWoke up this morning to the sounds of the waves crashing into the shore! Beautiful View that I could walk out on my deck and see the ocean for miles and miles.
Recommendedthe bar/restaurant staff are very accommodating and helpful. the atmosphere is very quiet and nice, and a safe space. the food and drinks are very delicious and are reasonably priced.
Worst hotel I have ever been to. The staff and manager are really incompetent and the cleaners must be blind, because the kind of disgusting things you will find in this place will make you question whether you are in a hotel or in a brothel.
management was extremely unprofessional and violating New York State health regulations by not wearing a mask. I don't recommend anybody who wants to live a long healthy life to stay at this hotel it was something disgusting
