RecommendedNice place for an overnight stay during a layover
We checked in around 4pm. The room we checked in had a sofa bed for our kids to sleep on. The room didn't have any sheets or pillows for the sofa. We called the front at 530p for sheets and pillows. Nothing for 2 hours. We decided to go out for dinner instead of waiting for the sheets and stopped at the front around 8p. Two people were just sitting at the front doing nothing. we got room and tonight there was fire it not a good place to stay and room.very nasty not clean .I checked out will never go back they need to clouded down
DO NOT STAY HERE! I had got paid for a one night stay and when we got to my room there was actual dead and alive bugs in the bed / bed sheets. And they were flying all over the room buzzing right in my ear. I called the office and the only thing they would do for us is change the sheets. We left the room for a few hours and came back to the “fresh sheets” that were also full of bugs!! I do not recommend going to this hotel. From the time we walked in the door until we walked out our experience was terrible. The front desk lady denied to accept my government issued ID. When I was trying to understand why she couldn’t take it the lady became angry and rude towards us. She kept stating she couldn’t use my ID however she was not denying my ID. There’s no logic there. This place is just gross. No hand sanitizers anywhere. Dried blood on the pillow, not vacuumed, not dusted, black mold on the tub, rotting drywall next to the tub, people eating in the small hotel lobby with no masks, one housekeeper with no mask or gloves, one person manning the desk with no managers or supervisors to take complaints to, the parking lot was submerged in water. The owner lives on site and smokes weed in his room. The A/Cs don’t work in any of the rooms and the refrigerators break. The front desk staff is rude and discriminated against my friend for being female. DO NOT EVER STAY HERE.
