Hotel is okay for quick in and out stay. Hotel rooms could use a lot of help. Towel racks falling off the walls, toilet wouldn’t stop running all night. Office was helpful.

They gave us a room that wasn't even cleaned. When we went to the front desk to get a new room they just gave us towels and bed sheets and told us to clean it ourselves. Did not follow any Covid rules and regulations.
Beware. Nastiest hotel ever. Pics on their website are deceiving. Booked online for two nights. Where do I even begin: one elevator for the entire building was not operable; smelled musty, moldy in hallway; walked in room to see dead cockroaches on the walls, mold in bathroom and around windows, comforter had what looked like mice droppings, cigarette burns, and mattress was beyond describable. $270 for a crap room!! Suppose to be non smoking completely wreaked of it. PIECE OF USED FLOSS ON THE BACK OF TOILET- during COVID! Only 2 lights worked. Air conditioning not good. Something exploded in freezer and want cleaned. Holes in the walls. Literally worst place I’ve ever stayed! Sent someone up to pick up floss but ignored phone and lights. I’ve never had an experience like this and will definitely NOT be coming back. YOU’VE BEEN WARNED!

This place is TRASH. Manager called me and my boyfriend f*cking n*ggers as we were leaving and kept our $100 deposit because he said we “stole his sheets”. He then asked my boyfriend if he wanted to fight him?? Super professional
Transients and prostitutes everywhere!! My room is absolutely gross!! mold, food on the floor and chair. Phone is disgusting!! shower curtain rod is falling down. There is an exposed 2 inch PVC pipe running across my ceiling and a 1/2 PVC running along the floor. MOLD against the walls. And cigarette burns on the comforter. This is BAD!!!! It won't let you rate this place. If it did, it would receive a zero!!
