It’s horrible with signs everywhere saying they cars aren’t safe trash everywhere in the parking lot went inside people just hangout in lobby. Went back to car and canceled the room at 3:26pm and been fighting with them every since to get my refund from them or Hotels.com both a waste never again
charged me a 270.00 cancelation fee when I had 72 hours to cancel i will never use them in the future
Needed to cancel my room due to Covid induced change to move-in date for Central College athlete. They refused refund.
