**Issue remains unresolved** On Monday August 10th at 8:36PM, my husband and I scheduled a reservation for Friday August 15th (1 night stay) at Days Inn By Wyndham Mackinaw City- Lakeview. The woman on the phone informed me I would need to call back the next day by noon if i wanted to cancel without being charged. Owners are lacking responsibility to update the rooms. The towels need to be replaced, not much to them. Carpert needs updating. All bed linens need to be replaced. Time for owners to put some money into this place. They procedures for checking in need to be fixed. They will make a copy of your CC and write down all the info. They do not destroy this on check out. This is not PCI Compliant at all. Very dangerous practice. You must watch your account for fraud now.

RecommendedBeautiful back courtyard and clean atmosphere! I stayed two weeks and fell in love with all the desk clerk’s!! Quiet at night also. Close to the Rocky Mountains!
they got me for my money not right at all I cleaned was excited but it was so dirty like from the gym to laundry room front desk rude the manager said I'm not getting my money back this Is crazy they had bed bugs creepy boys salen drugs I'm upset was there for a vacation for 4 days only had one day an paid on phone to book an then 138 in person
This place is the dumpiest motel imaginable. Cigarette burns in the bedspreads. A carpet that needed replacing ages ago. Sloppily mismatched painted walls with obvious patches of drywall half assedly screwed in over top. Paint that looks like a five year old applied it. A TV that doesnt work. Wires left dangling from the walls where it was disconnected at some point. They obviously don't clean .
I checked into room 115, which turned out to be an adjoining room. I had to keep the air on the whole time so that I, or my 15 year old daughter wouldn’t hear anything inappropriate; because we could hear EVERYTHING that they were saying. When I went to the desk to complain, she said that I was the first one to ever say anything, and was not going to budge on accommodating us. road noise horrible no ac in room looks like a dive on the outside rooms were clean sherriff's showed up to tell someone to turn off their music they were playing...homeless man hanging out on bench....oh wait....the Mariachi Band is now live from someone's vehicle that just showed up.....cant close window or door because it's too hot in room.....get whatcha pay for 🙄 now we 80s rock and roll going on from the harleys that just showed up....
