This hotel let me make a reservation for that night without telling me that it was essentially nonrefundable because you have to cancel 24 hours prior to your stay (I made it for that evening) and didn't even tell me when I called to cancel the reservation A FEW MINUTES after making it. When I saw the charge on my card and called, I spoke to the manager who said he was sorry and refused to refund my $200+ because that is "their policy." During a global pandemic.... Why are 10+ people allowed to sit outside peoples rooms at almost midnight and drink and yell and play loud music! Horrible horrible. Kids getting woke up as well. Never again!!!

They left my husband high and dry. He got a confirmation email for $59 a night for an extended stay, when he got there they upped the price to $89 a night and wouldn’t honor the confirmation price. I’ve never seen such horrible customer service at a hotel before.
The room is unacceptable. the bed is crapy, the blanket has several BROWN STAINS on it and the pillows are old. the TV has a blue hue and is blurry. We paid 239.00 for this room . Not worth the price.
How dare you allow your racist, ignorant concierge to speak to a customer the way your older gentleman did. He is either completely senile or completely racist, either way he does NOT belong in the hospitality business. If I was present when this gentleman spoke to the young man who was staying in your hotel, I would have demanded a supervisor, if he was the shift supervisor, I would have gone directly to corporate and in addition I would be filing discrimination lawsuits, slander lawsuits, and civil harassment suits.
