Beautiful hotel, preserving the original grandeur. Rooms very tastefully decorated as well and extremely comfortable. Lobby area is gorgeous. Service impeccable! Food at Springs Orleans very good as well! Can't say enough. Will be back!
Great location, loved the room decor, spacious desk space, double shower, really comfortable bar and lobby area. Liked that some of the originally doors, walls etc were kept as part of the decor .. Would highly recommend

The most elegant, comfortable hotel I have ever stayed at!!!!! The customer service is superb. I wish I could give this hotel more than 5 stars!
This is an outstanding place to stay. Not to mention the history of the building. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was beautifully decorated and relaxing. I'll have to say I was a little nervous when my husband made the reservation but he hit it out of the park! Well done, well done. :)
