rooms outdated no plugs t charge phone or tablet plumbing in bathroom very very slow

I stayed in my room maybe 2 hours max and saw about 10 roaches..I ended up sleeping in my truck for the night..I did get a refund though.

RecommendedOur room is squeaky clean. The bed is very comfortable. Oh yes the pool is clean and beautiful, our favorite is the hot tub!! Im so impressed with the cleanliness of this hotel. Im a big coffee drinker and appreciate the hot coffee readily available around the corner in the lobby.
The rooms are old, with holes and tears in the walls. There is no room cleaning if you stay more than overnight, the breakfast right now is a muffin and a single yogurt. No pool or laundry due to covid.
We stayed at super 8 bridgeview, but I couldn’t find a page for them. I don’t normally review places unless they are outstanding or horribly disgusting. This was horribly disgusting. Our room was absolutely disgusting. When I asked for a refund because I was unhappy and did not want to stay, they told me I would not get my money back. When entering our room, the maintenance men were stealing a air conditioning cord out of our room. After finding we were the guests, they returned it. Our television didn’t work. Booked a room for tonight 7/25/2020 and when we checked in not only was there a very strong odor, but our bed had obviously been slept in very recently, and had used Q tips on the bed along with dirty pillow cases. Needless to say we did not stay.
