Tiana really helped us get to the bottom of a burgeoning Box Elder Bug problem in our community. She took the extra time and effort to make sure we were getting the proper treatments we ordered from our pest control company. Mostly, she listened really well and didn't dismiss our concerns. I felt very grateful to have her on our team!

I have lived in various sub-division all having HOA management companies, but I have happy to report that AMS is outstanding. They are professional, friendly and very responsive to the needs and concerns of the residents. They have a user friendly website specific to our HOA and they communicate frequently with services happening in the community. Five Stars for AMS, Mandi Mueller and Sydney Castilla!!!

The microwave in our house failed on Sunday and I sent a maintenance request via the web portal. Ron was there Tuesday with a new replacement, that matched perfectly. Ron did a great job. He was very professional and knew what he was doing. He brought in the new microwave. Then did the replacement while being very careful not to scratch or damage anything, vacuumed the area and was gone -- all in less than an hour. James, dave, and Troy did a great job in stalling the windows today. They even helped me move stuff out of the way (because I cannot lift more then 10lbs). On Friday September 7th I left my apartment at 7:10 am to run some necessary errands. i unlocked the man door to my garage but the door handle did not open the mechanism. i was locked out of my garage! At 7:20 am i placed a call to after-hours emergency. I was told they would send someone out.
