Not a big fan of The Management Group from the beginning but the experience with Eric at stonebridge has given me hope. To get treated like a real person and not just a number, truly brings a new appreciated value to your company. Still undecided on what I want to do as far as renting but he has made it a difficult choice to want to go elsewhere.
Today i had the annual maintenance survey and they sent a very friendly man, Rob de Soto, he answer all the questions that i had an kept me inform of everything that he was doing, so far the staff has been very nice to us. Thank you!
I was able to get good response under a tight timeline. Although I am not a huge fan of the extra HOA requirements and paperwork required to replace a roof, I am very happy that Nichole was able to expedite the process for myself and six other homeowners needing to have roof replacement work.

I am a first time apartment renter, and my experience here has been nothing but extraordinary! Our apartment manager Eric was friendly, and helped my roommate and I every step of the way! He made sure nothing was confusing, or overwhelming for us! I highly recommend this group!
Very happy with the level of professionalism my family was provided for an apartment showing. Without feeling any pressure to make a decision, we felt at ease that we were getting truthful answers and knowledgeable help. StoneBridge and TMG is lucky to have Eric on board. Highly recommend!

Hey I want to share my personal experience with the Maintenace Crew at Riverview Apts in Camas, WA. I have has such a great positive reaction from the crew Jim Baze and Brian Baird, how they came to my help with anything I needed help fixing or replacing in my apt. They were friendly, prompt and got the job done! As a single woman it meant a lot to me and i just wanted to share this! Thank YOU!

Words can't do justice for the type of service we have received from the day we walked in the door and met Eric --> to the viewing --> to the signing of the lease --> to picking up the keys. This guy is insanely busy from the looks of it but took the time and gave us 100% of his attention. Prompt email or text responses and is always willing.
