She was very helpful, pleasant and quick to respond to what I needed. I put a 7 for the recommendation only because I have had no other dealings with the company above.

TMG is a new management company for the Parkview Vancouvercenter Condos where we own a condo unit for rent. Being new to each other, both TMG and the condo owners had to work together on processes and procedures that might be different from that of the previous management firm's. We'd say the transition has been smooth and the staff members of TMG are very willing to assist when situations come about. Dave, of TMG Vancouver's maintenance staff, appeared on time for the maintenance appointment. He was a quick and efficient worker. He was pleasant and friendly. He completed the work at the highest standard I've experienced. I would hire Dave personally for any plumbing repair needs.
