I own a unit in a property managed by *** and needed assistance resolving an issue with the HOA. Jessica R***** is an Association Administrator with *** and was extremely helpful. This is a review for Dave and Jerry - great maintenance guys! They were polite, respectful and corrected all of our numerous rental maintenance issues. As for TMG? Well, it took several attempts to get these guys out there so I would rate that portion with 1 star. However, these 2 particular guys were wonderful! Good job Dave and Jerry!

I had emailed Elise to let her know that some of the lights in the carports were out. Within 2 days they were repaired and cleaned. It's so nice to have a well light carport especially in the winter. Elise was pleasant and very helpful. I also had a question about a letter all the owners received about a pet fee and had a few questions for her. Today I needed a shower fixed. I contacted Robert S**** and Robert T****. Both of these gentlemen came to the apartment to take care of the problem even though they were working on a project in the main office. It was a simple fix which was taken care of and both of these men were extremely friendly and explained how the shower system now works. I couldn't be more happy with the way these guys handled the problem. I hope I don't need them anymore but if I do I know the problem will be handled properly and fast.

Customer Service was very courtesy. I had an opportunity to walk through the whole building. Love this Apartment Complex. Their is a Security system set up, which is great. The rooms are beautiful. Fitness center, storage compartments on the same floor as your apartment.
