Pardella was great at helping come up with solutions for a concern I had with mandatory inspections of my condo and how to keep informed if I happen to be traveling and might miss a notification. She was professional, patient and courteous while I explained my concern and I am satisfied with the results.

Horrible company to deal with. What I nightmare. Hope you never have to do the same. They will tell you one thing and do another (i.e. tell you have time to pay them then initiate suing you the next day or they were already in process and don’t stop things from going forward). Worst than the worst collection company you can imagine. Never miss a payment or you will be in trouble. If you have them for your HOA company - good luck, expect constantly rising HOA fees. In my experience customer service was rough almost rude I still rented a house thru TMG about 2 yrs later Ms Julie A******* joined this company and completely changed/elevated the customer service interaction, nice,polite,promptly responding to calls, messages, maintenance requests etc

Tiana N******** was most helpful after a rain storm left my deck area a tree laden mess. She returned my emails quickly, and the maintenance crew she worked with did a very clean job. This has not been the case with previous crews or contacts, so a happy surprise.

I have been using The Management Group since 2005 to manage a rental that I purchased as an investment. They have done an excellent job of managing it. I have decided to sell this house and was completely amazed at the wonderful condition that it was in after being rented to at least 5 or 6 different families in the last 14 years.
