I've been living in a TMG property for almost one year. During this year the company has been disorganized, unresponsive, and unprofessional. I'd had to follow up time and time again on maintenance requests, on lapses of months without garbage service (happened twice in less than one year, the longest gap was 2.5 months because TMG didn't pay the bill), and too many other issues to list here.
The process to move in was made extremely simple by TMG, there were little things throughout the apt which were damaged and did not bother me. I worked with Gabe and he made note of them so that I would not be charged when moving out, which was fine by me. Now the move out process has been a nightmare. Moving out the apt was left in excellent condition and deep cleaned but TMG is charging the deposit plus an additional $500+ for a set of forgotten dumbbells and a few water bottles in the refrigerator. We had a great experience working with the folks at TMG. From the house tour, to the office staff helping with the application, to the lease signing, everyone was very friendly and made it a super smooth process. It was especially great working with Michael G*****, who made sure we were taken care of under a tight timeline. Overall a wonderful experience!

I had a bad experience with the company, don’t know if it’s a general service due to company policy, but it seems very discriminatory and biased. I am an applicant who was approved at IDM which is a great management company, however my daughters father and I co parent, so we decided to continue co parenting and since he was already approved with TMG, I submitted my application to qualify for a larger (sqft) space, the relocation manager denied my application, I understand that my credit is not the best. We are moving from Iowa the Washington State. We found a place we loved online. We were able to do transactions online to secure the rental. We are not moved but so far It has been a great experience. Communication from TMG has been prompt and polite. I will write another review once we are moved! Fingers Crossed!!!

We woke up Saturday morning to a cold house -- one we've been renting for 11 years. The furnace had quit sometime during the night. Called TMG emergency maintenance, left a message and got an almost immediate call back from Jessica O****. She arranged to have an electric heater delivered to provide temporary heat. She also put in an order to have the furnace repaired. The electric heater arrived a few hours later. With the heater and the fireplace, the house was warm enough. Ellen is the “numbers” person on TMG’s Excellent management team and could not have been a kinder and more patient person as she explained the financial management to me of inherited property. I had so many questions and a ( very) steep learning curve. Her explanations to me in person as well as her response time to me via email was always courteous, well clarified and immediate. Great Lady!
