I currently had to move on short notice and decided to relocate to Vancouver. I called and met with several rental agencies and by far the staff at TMG were the most friendly and beyond helpful!!!! With having to move so quickly they were so accommodating to all my excessive calls and questions. Luis, Emily, Ford, Megan and Jenna were always so pleasant when I would call or come into the office. I've had my issues with TMG regarding the HOA and the situation with the location of our home due to the "green trees track" that separate another townhome units that are located on the backside with trimming in the past...getting better with the follow ups recently. That said, I'm lucky to be working with Stephanie W***, Association Administrator, who follows up SO promptly and gives regular feedback when individuals that I directly contact do not. Leo came out to fix my toilet and he did an awesome job!
I do not recommend renting from TMG. After they agreed I was overcharged for my final utility bill, they are unwilling to simply call the utility company and resolve the issue. During my entire renting experience they were extremely slow to respond and generally unhelpful, but upon move-out, their unhelpfulness has cost me even more money.
Stephanie W***? Association Administrator was very helpful and kind in helping me figure out my accounting problem. She emailed me right back and closed out my problem very promptly. Thank you!
