Today I needed a shower fixed. I contacted Robert S**** and Robert T****. Both of these gentlemen came to the apartment to take care of the problem even though they were working on a project in the main office. It was a simple fix which was taken care of and both of these men were extremely friendly and explained how the shower system now works. I couldn't be more happy with the way these guys handled the problem. I hope I don't need them anymore but if I do I know the problem will be handled properly and fast.

Customer Service was very courtesy. I had an opportunity to walk through the whole building. Love this Apartment Complex. Their is a Security system set up, which is great. The rooms are beautiful. Fitness center, storage compartments on the same floor as your apartment.

I have used TMG for over a year as an owner of two rental properties in Vancouver WA. And have found TMG to be very professional . They return all calls and email in a very prompt manner . Have great customer service with my tenants and stay on top of all aspects of their agreement with me .

When living in a condo, one always has to be mindful of the impact a remodel can have on other tenants given the potential for noise and the impact on common areas. The TMG maintenance team shines once again!!! I placed my maintenance order on Sunday evening and I had a response from Dorene first thing on Monday morning. She is always friendly and accommodating.....I got the appointment at my preferred time and my favorite technician. Dave called ahead to let me know he would be early!!!!!
