I have used TMG for over a year as an owner of two rental properties in Vancouver WA. And have found TMG to be very professional . They return all calls and email in a very prompt manner . Have great customer service with my tenants and stay on top of all aspects of their agreement with me .

I've had the pleasure of working with Pardella B****** across the past few weeks. When living in a condo, one always has to be mindful of the impact a remodel can have on other tenants given the potential for noise and the impact on common areas. The TMG maintenance team shines once again!!! I placed my maintenance order on Sunday evening and I had a response from Dorene first thing on Monday morning. She is always friendly and accommodating.....I got the appointment at my preferred time and my favorite technician. Dave called ahead to let me know he would be early!!!!!
