James, dave, and Troy did a great job in stalling the windows today. They even helped me move stuff out of the way (because I cannot lift more then 10lbs). On Friday September 7th I left my apartment at 7:10 am to run some necessary errands. i unlocked the man door to my garage but the door handle did not open the mechanism. i was locked out of my garage! At 7:20 am i placed a call to after-hours emergency. I was told they would send someone out. At 8:36 am no one had came so i placed another call to after-hours emergency. i was told they had paged someone but they would page them a second time. Gustavo and Dave, two TMG Team Members, performed an outstanding maintenance visit today. We reported a plumbing problem with our bathtub and shower and TMG scheduled a maintenance visit. Gustavo and Dave arrived early in the day and completed repairs in an efficient and professional manner. They were both friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. If I was a company that needed maintenance professionals, I would want both these men on my team. Very satisfied with their work and their visit.
