The worst experience Ive ever had; wish Id read reviews and did research before giving nearly $8K to this wholly unprofessional and negligent nightmare of a management company. Long story short, the property I rented has urine and f**** completely saturating 16 stairs, three landings, and one entire floor.

The list of issues is a long one, so I'll try and sum it down. For the application process, the lease, and the move-in requirements that they needed to do required us reminding them that they needed to do it. The communication issue is by far the worst I have ever seen in any business. We email, double email, call and absolutely get ignored constantly. It's at this rate that we don't even bother emailing, we go straight to calling. And even when calling about matters they need to sort out, it's a headache to get our property... read more
