Zero stars. Worse attempted lease I have ever experienced. On April 10th, I signed up with TMG to lease out my luxury condo in *************. I fired them today because in 5 weeks, absolutely nothing has been done to get it ready for leasing. My personal **** ** has not contacted me once by phone during this time period. Projected rent is $3700 a month. I don't know how you can't rent a single family home because of credit when you have a credit score of 675 and a guaranteed rent payment for 10 years after you offer to pay an even bigger deposit then they are asking for
? When someone has a credit freeze what makes U special over that? ******* dont have access to enter my FICO score from none of them and some unnamed guy didnt tell me it or the company name and said I had a 500 score and needed to make 3 times the rent. U guys need to fire him ASAP! Im going to report this and my Land Lird was a fool to believe U. ************** (maintenance) came over to prepare for the upcoming inspection. He was great! Friendly, caring, hard working, and made sure everything was fixed before leaving. I appreciate his service.
*************** was very knowledgeable and did a great job replacing my faucet. He is a very nice young man.
Very fast and efficient. ***** did a great job on our maintenance request!
************** Rocks! We had a pipe burst in the night and the whole crew jumped into action. ***** came by to increase the air flow to our walls to prevent further damage. He explained the process and anns all our questions. He is knowledgeable and friendly. I appreciated his input and support.

Will not work with you when you fall behind due to a roommate who failed to pay his part of rent, and left without giving notice. I had 5k to keep my unit of 11 years, and they did not take the time to work with me on that either. This has caused even more PTSD due to unfair eviction after I spent most of my adult years in my home. 10/10 BAD BUSINESS.
