Will not work with you when you fall behind due to a roommate who failed to pay his part of rent, and left without giving notice. I had 5k to keep my unit of 11 years, and they did not take the time to work with me on that either. This has caused even more PTSD due to unfair eviction after I spent most of my adult years in my home. 10/10 BAD BUSINESS.

Unsure how these lower comments are here. These guys require you to have 2.5x rent per roommate. With a $2,000 home, each person needs to bring in 5k just to move in. This means the house income total is $10,000 to ************, which doesn't include the move in cost itself. About 5 years ago before RSLM and TMG got together, housing was cheaper and the way we got houses was. First and last months, plus deposit, and extra on pet situations.
