Terrible service!!. They invent all kinds of charges hoping you won't notice. They "forget" that they've already been paid for services. They tried to secretly add on charges for rent so they could collect extra. They purposely make the accounting very confusing so it's hard to decipher the costs/income. They ignore emails. They are the worst business I've dealt with.

They use a group of ignorant twenty somethings to run their office, yet always coming up with new ways to charge more money. Weve had to pay FOUR SEPARATE DEPOSITS when adding new people to the lease, force you to use a barely functional online only payment system, they put a key code lock on our SINGLE DUMPSTER for a hundred units, We had to ask for a lease renewal for two weeks only to have to physically go into the office to get something done about it because they kept forgetting. My apartment building changed ownership and the new owners have decided to use TMG. TMG left ownership change notices on front doors the day that the property sale closed. These notices were posted just before 5PM on October 31, 2023 with rent due the next day. That night I tried setting up the online portal to pay rent online, but was unsuccessful getting access. My experience with TMG has been very positive since the beginning. We submitted our first maintenance request before the weekend. Someone was here on Monday! We received an email letting us know he was on his way and what time he would arrive. ***** was fantastic! He fixed the lock on our door and got our fireplace running just in time for the cold weather that is coming our way.
