Working wit TMG was a horrible experience.Who has ****** dollars to put down on a ***** a month home. Please look in to your qualifications requirements and maybe your company may get more business instead of making it ridiculously unattainable for the working person.
I have always owned my own home but moving to ********* ** from CA is a long move. We needed to rent for the first year to get to know the new location. We wanted to move our household home to home and ********************* made it happen.Little did I realize we were his first customers. He professionally helped me get the paperwork in (I felt like a pest as I called often) he was nothing but cordial to my questions. Great experience! Highly recommend TMG and ******!
Hi I been a tenant for 2 years now in Portland or. Tmg and their maintenance team has been great. Chris McCarthy, Was quick to fix my garbage disposal, and was very knowledgeable to telling me about what he was doing what went wrong. My front door lock was not working right he was quick to help and get the problem solved and resolved quickly! Thank you to Chris for making the appointment quick and knowledgeable to me. Track
TMG as a whole company, employees and everyone included have no real interest in keeping healthy and happy renters/tenets. They lack the basics of communication in attempt to trap you in legal and financial issues. i am not the only one with this issue, read further below for other reviews on their lack of communication. THEY credited our personal payment portal with $700 of our rent then 5 days before the next months rent due they told us it was actually a payment that came from the company they just bought the house from..... read more
My kitchen faucet needed to be fixed. It turned out to be more difficult than usual because of the configuration of the hoses and connections under the sink. But ****** did a great job, was professional yet personable. He was able to improvise to solve the problem. And he did a great job cleaning up! He clocked out because if was going past 5pm. I've been looking for a new home this past month and the experience has mostly been frustrating and depressing. Some places require you to go through an unreasonable amount of hoops and create accounts on multiple third-party websites. Some places don't respond even though you meet all the criteria. And then there are the scammers, one of whom I already encountered. Damelica at TMG has been a breath of fresh air. She is quick, responsive, and helpful. I am a tenant and have been very pleased with TMG management. The property is quiet, well cared for, and my apartment is lovely. Both of the managers are professional and nice people, and are easily accessible when I have a question and always have an answer. The maintenance manager, ***, is excellent at his job. He responds to issues quickly, does a great job, is professional and friendly. Five stars all the way around.
I have been working with *** at TMG to get my perfect rental in my favorite neighborhood. *** is super positive and cheerful and even assisted me on a weekend.
