Barking dogs all day and night. Back yards are trash dumps. Management never inspects units. Fireworks on holidays and weekends. Bullies live at ********************. Residents lock their dogs out in the cold and foist their negligence on the neighborhood with their noise pollution. Management never inspects. Dog breeding is not acceptable at ******************** but are the dogs fixed? Its appears not. Management does not respect their investor's properties enough to follow their own rules and hold tenants accountable.
