I am a tenant and have been very pleased with TMG management. The property is quiet, well cared for, and my apartment is lovely. Both of the managers are professional and nice people, and are easily accessible when I have a question and always have an answer. The maintenance manager, ***, is excellent at his job. He responds to issues quickly, does a great job, is professional and friendly. Five stars all the way around.
I have been working with *** at TMG to get my perfect rental in my favorite neighborhood. *** is super positive and cheerful and even assisted me on a weekend. It's been a very possible experience so far. Hope to get good news about the rental soon ?? I recommend TMG for their wonderful customer **********************. Ask for ***!
We are in our 7th year as residents of a beautiful colonial in *********. We have had intermittent plumbing issues in the kitchen with the garbage disposal clogging and backing up into the sink repeatedly. ***************** came today and replaced the disposal with a more appropriate and powerful one. We are very pleased. He was friendly, informative and efficient. Thank you **** and TMG.
The maintenance tech **** was absolutely amazing fix the problem talk to me about others and what I need to do to make sure things get done properly and was absolutely incredible with my autistic son!!! Best maintenance guy I have ever dealt with!
The maintenance tech ******* at ******** apts has been great. He is quick to address my work orders and his work is efficient.
****** has been very helpful and customer ********************** oriented. She has kept me informed during the process of leasing. When things did not go as expected she was quick to help with an alternative solution. I am grateful that she has been so proactive during the process. I would definitely recommend her to be your property manager with her attention to detail and attentiveness.
