Unsure how these lower comments are here. These guys require you to have 2.5x rent per roommate. With a $2,000 home, each person needs to bring in 5k just to move in. This means the house income total is $10,000 to ************, which doesn't include the move in cost itself. About 5 years ago before RSLM and TMG got together, housing was cheaper and the way we got houses was. First and last months, plus deposit, and extra on pet situations. ************** was absolutely fantastic. He replaced something in my apartment and was polite, quick, and efficient. He even took the time to show me how to use the replacement he installed. Great service!
Terrible service!!. They invent all kinds of charges hoping you won't notice. They "forget" that they've already been paid for services. They tried to secretly add on charges for rent so they could collect extra. They purposely make the accounting very confusing so it's hard to decipher the costs/income. They ignore emails. They are the worst business I've dealt with.
I've had *************** for several maintenance fixes and he's been great both times.
They use a group of ignorant twenty somethings to run their office, yet always coming up with new ways to charge more money. Weve had to pay FOUR SEPARATE DEPOSITS when adding new people to the lease, force you to use a barely functional online only payment system, they put a key code lock on our SINGLE DUMPSTER for a hundred units, We had to ask for a lease renewal for two weeks only to have to physically go into the office to get something done about it because they kept forgetting. My apartment building changed ownership and the new owners have decided to use TMG. TMG left ownership change notices on front doors the day that the property sale closed. These notices were posted just before 5PM on October 31, 2023 with rent due the next day. That night I tried setting up the online portal to pay rent online, but was unsuccessful getting access.
