I sent an application fee in for a property. My wife did as well. The property was rented out by someone else within two days of this. I wasn't sure whether they ran the application or not. However, they said that part of this would be a credit check and they could get us the information if we opted to on the application. In my brief time working with The Management Group the staff has been responsive and friendly. Completely satisfied.
Zero stars. Worse attempted lease I have ever experienced. On April 10th, I signed up with TMG to lease out my luxury condo in *************. I fired them today because in 5 weeks, absolutely nothing has been done to get it ready for leasing. My personal **** ** has not contacted me once by phone during this time period. Projected rent is $3700 a month. I don't know how you can't rent a single family home because of credit when you have a credit score of 675 and a guaranteed rent payment for 10 years after you offer to pay an even bigger deposit then they are asking for
? When someone has a credit freeze what makes U special over that? ******* dont have access to enter my FICO score from none of them and some unnamed guy didnt tell me it or the company name and said I had a 500 score and needed to make 3 times the rent. U guys need to fire him ASAP! Im going to report this and my Land Lird was a fool to believe U.
