My experience with TMG has been very positive since the beginning. We submitted our first maintenance request before the weekend. Someone was here on Monday! We received an email letting us know he was on his way and what time he would arrive. ***** was fantastic! He fixed the lock on our door and got our fireplace running just in time for the cold weather that is coming our way. The worst experience Ive ever had; wish Id read reviews and did research before giving nearly $8K to this wholly unprofessional and negligent nightmare of a management company. Long story short, the property I rented has urine and f**** completely saturating 16 stairs, three landings, and one entire floor.
