I want to share a positive experience I had recently with The Management Group. I am a Senior and on a fixed income. I made several improvements to the rental I have been residing in for nearly two years. When it came time for renewal of my lease, the owners wanted to increase my rent by $50. I had hoped to receive from "goodwill" from the owners because of the improvements I made. TMG has provided our HOA with client services for four or more years, and I can't begin to say how happy we are with them. They're always one step ahead of our processes, ready to assist when we need it. Their services are as reasonable as one can imagine for such high quality. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to any HOA.

I have been very impressed and completely satisfied with the team at TMG! TMG has taken great care of my property and responded well to the tenant in a timely and satisfactory manner. As I do not live in the area, it has been very comforting to learn of their hands on approach to ensuring repairs and household upgrades were completed well and on time. Hats off to David R****** for his excellent service as I re-roofed, painted the house and had multiple repairs to improve the property this year.

Cole, The maintenance guy from TMG. Where do I begain? Ever since I met Cole I since a very good vibe from him. He is a very friendly gentleman that always show up on time and is very professional at what he does. I feel very comfortable letting him work by him self at my home because he is a very trustworthy person. I can honestly say I would hire Cole in a heartbeat, if he ever wants to change his profession.
