Verified Renter Neighborhood is nice. Maintenance is terrible. Issues do not get fixed. They’ll say things were completed on the app but actually they weren’t .
Verified Renter I'll start with the staff is super nice and helpful But the apartment when we first moved in doesn't seem like it got looked at at all. Dust and dirt everywhere. The shower had a crack on the floor. The fridge had broken parts in it. When painted, it was sloppy and things that shouldn't have been painted over were still painted. It would be a 4-5 star if the apartment was properly cared for and move-in ready.
Verified Renter Staff are amazing, whenever I need something fixed in my apartment it gets done in a timely manner. Love all the events they do throughout the year for our community. I would recommend anyone to live here.

Verified Renter When something goes wrong the landing always fix it. All year long they are always friendly in the office . The neighbors also friendly I am happy they always except my dog.

Verified Renter Sadly moving in we notice many holes, many broken items, and many things that were just not touched up in general. The apartment had a cigarette smell which I dislike strongly but since we weren’t able to see the unit before moving in we have to deal with it. Has a lot of potential but wasn’t handed to us in a good state. MAKE SURE YOU DON’T PARK IN ANY RESERVED SPOTS… THEY WILL TOW YOU ASAP

Verified Renter Just finished our first night in our new apartment. We had a few small issues with the apartment at first, but it is all being taken care of! The complex is quiet and feels very safe. The layouts truly make an apartment feel like a home. We are in love with our new home!
