The landings is a great place to live I've been here now for 8 years and I love it. The manager Michelle along with her office staff of Kelly and Frank are great. Joe who is the supervisor of maintenance does a great job with responding to fixing problems. Kudos to the whole team never heard of that before.

Verified Renter The process for finding an apartment was really smooth and easy. They were able to get me in for a tour the same day I stopped by and everyone has been extremely accommodating. The apartment prices change daily, which I’m not a big fan of, because from the time I first saw the apartment complex online to the time I signed, the price went up $75 per month. Otherwise, pretty solid.

Verified Renter The girls are able to go have fun and play mini gulf. The area is calm and quiet. Everyone is respectful so far. The maintenance people when you put in an order and when they come they really do look and do there best to fix problem right away. The office lady we had Brittany is sweet and helped us with understanding everything.

Verified Renter Beautiful community and the rental office staff are exceptional. I love that they have a lot of things on the property for me and my children to do. I also love the apartments they're very nice.
I really want to love it, and I think eventually I... I really want to love it, and I think eventually I will, but this beginning is just so rough!! Our entire units electric didnt work and is still not working in some places, our HVAC needs to be fixed so it is always freezing cold, and the whole place was never cleaned between us and the last tenant.
