Verified Renter The property is not managed properly….everything is filthy The buildings are covered in mold and laundry lint. There is no response or effort from the property manager

Verified Renter So far my move to the landings has been smooth. The area is quiet and for the most part clean. The apartment fits my needs perfectly. My only downside so far is wanting newer appliances but it’s fine.

Verified Renter It's okay. Not to far from the stores and the beaches . On call maintenance for after hours. They just painted the doors. They need to enforce dogs on leashes and the owners picking up their pets droppings in the grass and on the side walks.

Verified Renter The apartments are great andmaintenance is quick. There are always different community events going on. I never hear my neighbors through the walls. The downside is the area isn't that great

Verified Renter This property is very convenient the location is near everything. Parking is a little hard if you work nights usually only 1 maybe 0 stops left. A lot of spiders you need exterminating every month

Verified Renter Pretty nice, just a few maintenance issues. Other than that, pretty good. Love the in unit washer and dryer and the pool and the gym. Ready for next summer!
