Verified Renter We are a fairly new resident here at the Landings. We have come to the leasing office about screens for our window and patio doors by the living room among other complaints and have not received a visit from the maintenance unit at all. We have spoken with an agent at the leasing office and she has submitted tickets, but no action has been taken for two week or more now since the tickets were submitted. Verified Renter Everybody minds their business, papa Joe handles maintenance requests within a timely manner but sometimes people leave their trash around the property and empty liquor bottles as well .. always the sound of kids playing and laughing though so definitely good for kids and plenty of amenities also dog park for the fur babies

Verified Renter The maintenance people have all been very helpful and so awesome. I really appreciate them being so quick with repairs. The walls seem soundproof as I can only hear small noises from the neighbors. They also are making little improvements to the property regularly which is great. Really my only complaint is about the garbage around the property. It is nearly constant. I do see the maintenance pick it up sometimes and I also help when I can. Random people are littering daily. Verified Renter My leasing agent was amazing. But the apartment is nice its just extremely basic and has old appliances and everything seems to have been painted over badly. The breeze way is dirty and our patio is dirty. The company charges a lot so expect more than just bare minimum.
Verified Renter The property is not managed properly….everything is filthy The buildings are covered in mold and laundry lint. There is no response or effort from the property manager
