Kudos for supervisor Luis My new hot water tank was leaking. Not hot water for almost 2 days but Supervisor Luis from maintenance is very professional, knowledgeable and kind. He finally fixed it. Very Happy with maintenance Supervisor Luis and Marcus who came on Sunday trying to fix it also. My 2 favorites guys :) thanks so much

Verified Renter They have a gym, pool, Amazon lockers, dog park. Close to Atlantic City, and so much more. There is plenty of parking available. It is quit.

Verified Renter My apartment needs work that has not been done since I moved in but I understand that they are busy with turnover. It can wait. Also the rent increases every year are now way out of reach for me. the rent is 65 % of our fixed income. I don't want to move because my age is catching up with me. Almost 800$ in 4 years is a bit much..
