Verified Renter Love it here would highly recommend! Amazing staff amazing amenities nice neighborhood!! Spacious apartments. Newer ones I’ve seen have less carpet mine is fully carpeted and that’s probably the only thing I don’t like!

Verified Renter We looked for a rent for a long time and settled on this choice and did not regret it, we were met in the office by wonderful friendly employees, everything was arranged very quickly and we became residents of a wonderful spacious apartment. There is a beautiful, cozy area, green lawns, a children's playground and free parking.

Verified Renter Been here now for the past 6 years. Maintenance is great. Joe gets to the job asap. Working with the office as always been a breeze. Renewal are made easy and you are always notified in advance so you have enough time to make your decision.
Verified Renter This place really is the worst. Loud music, screaming, and smoking at all times - people have no respect for others or the complex. Garbage everywhere. Poop everywhere, even on sidewalks. Lots of requests for maintainence to enter your unit when you aren't home. Police knocking on your door to ask about incidents at other units. Also, the complex is next to the dump so it smells awful outside almost all the time. If its not the dump smelling, its someone smoking weed - can't ever open your windows. Insanely o... read more

Verified Renter Rent is really high. All utilities are not included including water separately. Things get *fixed * in a very untimely manner Good property . Amenities are good
Verified Renter There is a lot of trash around the complex, sometimes my dog tries to eat it. Maintence however is very fast at fixing whatever issues we have.
