Verified Renter Expensive and could be cleaner. Apartment needs a lot of work for the money you pay to live in these. But the people who look over the property are very helpful.

Verified Renter I think it’s amazing community here & it’s really nice apartments round here. There’s good amenities such as pool, gym, wifi provided, golf, bbq grilling, etc!
Verified Renter Overall a quiet community with decent neighbors, it is a little messy and sometimes loud but that’s apartment living. Dogs are comfortable, amenities are worth it. In my experience maintenance has responded to all requests at a quick pace.

Verified Renter It's ok but hard to get maintenance. My air conditioner broke three times in three months, once during a heat wave and they took a couple days to even come look at it. It is currently broken and after putting in requests multiple times through the app and over the phone it has still not been repaired over the last 9 days.

Verified Renter great place to live. quiet, and love to use the pool in the summer, and the gym. Parking is never an issue. They have two dog parks, and Amazon lockers for your packages, and so much more to offer.
