Verified Renter Everything has been ok so far. Waiting a bit longer than i wanted to for a parking spot though. Also because of the parking issues someone had my car towed even tho i was literally running into my apartment for 10min. In that time my car was gone so not too happy with my neighbors. Other than that its been good

Verified Renter I lived here for a little over 13 months. And the manager here was kind enough to extend my stay till the end of the month. This is a quiet neighborhood. Not a happening place and so no noise. Our top floor apartments had skylights which we loved, though summers were quite hot, winters were nice because we had sunlight in the house for a long time. Verified Renter You do a walkthrough of your apartment when you first move in and fill out paperwork of the items that need to be repaired for them to tell you the repairs aren’t important on top of that an exterminator came and put down mouse traps
