Verified Renter The Landings for 5 years. Morgan Property since 2009. Morgan Property is a good property management company. The lease you get includes bug spraying to me is very important. They take care of the apartment and complex. You need anything fixed it gets fixed. Put it on the site under maintenance and it will be fixed. Verified Renter Love this place, beautiful, wonderful, definitely rent here. The gardens are well maintained, everything is green. There's always friendly people around.
Verified Renter Not the best move in condition- I put a maintenance request in and some got fix but not everything (got marked as done). Not much can be done about noisy neighbors. Nice to have amenity features of gym and outdoor pool. Apartment has big balcony, washer dryer unit, and dishwasher- big plus!

Neighbors were already welcoming us to the building on move-in day. It feels safe very safe and is a great location. I look forward to seeing what this place has to offer.
Verified Renter Whelp I just moved here like 4 days ago and already had a few doses of loud music, motorcycles, screaming kids and also what sounded like dogs attacking each other? The floors also seem a bit thin since while sitting here in front of my computer i can hear and feel the downstairs neighbors walking around. While moving stuff in there also seemed to be pet hair and pet food pellets from the previous tenant and also cigarettes and good amount of dust in the staircase.
