Verified Renter The management staff and maintenance staff are so helpful and easy to deal with. The neighborhood is quiet. Wish the residents would better clean up after their dogs and trash. Still enjoying it so far!
Verified Renter The Landings for 5 years. Morgan Property since 2009. Morgan Property is a good property management company. The lease you get includes bug spraying to me is very important. They take care of the apartment and complex. You need anything fixed it gets fixed. Put it on the site under maintenance and it will be fixed. Verified Renter Love this place, beautiful, wonderful, definitely rent here. The gardens are well maintained, everything is green. There's always friendly people around.
Verified Renter Not the best move in condition- I put a maintenance request in and some got fix but not everything (got marked as done). Not much can be done about noisy neighbors. Nice to have amenity features of gym and outdoor pool. Apartment has big balcony, washer dryer unit, and dishwasher- big plus!

Verified Renter Move in was super easy and the apartment was pretty much in perfect condition. The woman who showed us the apartments was very informative and personable. Neighbors were already welcoming us to the building on move-in day. It feels safe very safe and is a great location. I look forward to seeing what this place has to offer.
