Verified Renter Living here for three years now. I have no complaints, when I need something fixed in my apartment it gets done in a timely manner. I would recommend anyone to live here and benefit all the cool perks
Verified Renter I moved in a couple months ago, and so far I am loving it. The staff are awesome. The maintenance crew were very quick to fix some issues that I discovered and were very professional. They just planted pretty flowers and there is even a dog park for my fur baby.
Verified Renter Maintenance takes multiple calls to fix what you asked them to do. Odds are they'll probably just cover it up with paint, caulk, and/or tape. We got our washer/dryer unit replaced with a "new unit" that was already full of lint and with a lousy filter. Lots of neighbors go around with their dogs off leash. The office said they'd send out a warning, but I haven't seen anything. Would not recommend.

Verified Renter I really like it here.. everyone I have met are so nice.. the only draw back is the rent increases.. getting so that I will have to move...I really think this home I have is perfect .

Verified Renter Staff was great with getting everything set up for move in. No problems or issues so far. Good size apartments and a good deal of amenities on property for a small monthly fee. Would recommend

Verified Renter The one thing I can say about the landings apartment is that they do have nice family events for the kids and family to do together other apartments complex do not offer family night

Will force you to pay 60 bucks on internet monthly!! Current tenant, it’s very dog friendly but one of the doggy part is full of dirty and huge dogs excrement everywhere. People are very dirty here. Beginning on May, 2023 will force everyone to get Internet through them, 60 dollars at month. Plus water and sewer 60 dollars at month and as everywhere the rent is super high.
