So far it’s been quite. However the amount for ren... So far it’s been quite. However the amount for rent is way too high. There are people that refuse to pick up after their dog. At in point it took me calling the office to tell them to have someone empty out the dog pin of dog waste.

No parking, thin walls and increase on rent every year Since there’s no parking my car was hit and there is no information on who hit my car. There are cameras but they do not work and there aren’t enough cameras. I can hear my upstairs roommate in the bathroom everyday, I can feel the trembles of the kids upstairs. We do not hang frames due to the stomping. Nothing was cleaned once we moved in. It looked like they painted over dirt.
