RecommendedThe hardest thing is getting parking in garage and storage locker be great if there was more other than that everything is great here love the people / management is awesome / lots to do near by they are pet friendly
Welcome to my new apartment home two days after moving my car is towed for no parking permit.... no Grace period $300 and 20 miles away I get my vehicle back with no reimbursement or exemption from Magnolia Ranch They tow two cars a night What a way to greet me
RecommendedI’m very glad I chose City Heights as my home. Management has been extremely nice and helpful. It’s nice walking in somewhere and everyone is smiling and happy to see you. Any time I need anything they are always there to help. Amy has been wonderful for sure! I would recommend living here to anyone! Great place!

RecommendedThe community feel, the way the property is maintained, safety, convenience, staff and management are wonderful. I was skeptical about apartment living after being in a home for many years. There was really no adjustment, just a very pleasant and homey living experience. Love being near both the city and water. The best of both worlds!

RecommendedI lived here for a year and would have stayed longer if I had not bought a home. Amy always helped me with any problems I had and went out of her way to make sure my needs were met. The apartments are clean and well maintained and the price is fair. Also as an added bonus, they work with people who have less than perfect credit. Thanks for the great experience :)

RecommendedAmazing staff. Didn’t end up moving to the area but the manager Amy was so awesome I was sad not to simply rent from her. The people were so awesome
RecommendedAwesome love it here!!! Every one is so nice it’s quite the pool is awesome the grounds are beautiful and love the fountain love to take my dog Wrigley for a walk around the pond and look at the ducks 🦆

RecommendedEleven40 is beautiful and all the amenities are super awesome! The staff is phenomenal and extremely kind. Shahid, Samantha, Tatiana, & Will went above and beyond to make sure I was situated. From the front door staff, leasing agents, even maintenance.. everyone has been incredibly helpful with answering any/all questions. Love this place!
