RecommendedLove living at The Lakes. The views are beautiful, there is always an abundance of wildlife around. It’s a peaceful community and everyone is super friendly. The office staff is wonderful and extremely helpful. And maintenance is very timely and friendly. Definitely recommend.
The location is the ideal distance from downtown Nashville. The site is STUNNING with a gym, an outdoor area, and you can't forget the beautiful lakes! Grant continues to go above and beyond to make our experience as elevated as possible.
We had the opportunity to walk the grounds and its just beautiful. The pool and workout room are very well kept and current. Grant provided the tour and he did a great job. Yes he is our son but that also gave Dawn and I a unique perspective as we got to see a lived in example of one of the homes with Grant and Allison which was just great too! Jay
The Lakes Bellevue is such a quality place to live! Beautiful setting, we really enjoy our walks. Everything is very well maintained, and the party room and workout rooms are spacious and clean. It is so pretty in every season! It's a great value, I highly recommend it to anyone moving to Nashville.
I’ve lived here for about 6 months and have had very positive experiences with service/maintenance. They always show up SUPER fast and they are so nice and polite which is not the usual at other places!
Love this place. Really easy to move in. Great staff. Fun parties. Easy payment system. Also love all the wildlife and lakes.
