Do not stay here. They will nickel and dime you if you ever decide to leave. I was a resident for 5 years and paid rent on time and had a clean apartment. This year my dishwasher broke down and was not fixed for months. They said it was due to COVID which I was totally understanding of. But I just got the final statement in the mail and I am charged for several ridiculous items including $22 for LIGHT BULBS! RecommendedThis has been such a great experience here at copper flats!! Sure there's the ocasional raccoon in the dumpsters, but that keeps you on your toes...lol Parking can be a challenge at times, but i work late and its understandable.. All and all, its a great place to live! I can't express how great the staff and maintenance crew is!! Thank you all for all you do!!
Be ready to loose a huge bucks when u move out of the apartment. You will be fined for everything and pray that all appliance works
I've been waiting to write this review until it would make me less emotional but it's clear that day won't come because I still get upset about the sentimental items stolen from us at this complex. This is easily the worst managed place I’ve ever lived at. Just trashy, constantly seeing cars broken into, furniture being stolen out of the lobby, constant alarms going off smh. This is not luxury living it’s ghetto living. Now management has changed the locks to my building 4 weeks prior to my moving date and nobody can give me the code? What’s the deal??
RecommendedI've only been here a few weeks.i already live it here. The staff have very helpful and all neighbors that I have encountered have been very friendly. so glad I decided to call Greystone "home."
