RecommendedVery clean and luxury apartments. I was so proud to call it home. The staff at the Leasing office are very professional. Maintenance department also hard working and respond promptly. I would definitely live there again.

Writing this on August 14th, 2020. Frustrated that most amenities are still closed here, despite website claims, except for pool which is closed on Sunday since office is also closed. No in unit maintenance other than emergencies at this time. We have had several packages go missing due to the office no longer wanting to accept packages, so they sometimes liter the mailroom floor where anyone can grab them. I highly recommend you DO NOT move into this apartment complex until either the corporate team in charge of this location starts to pay attention to the property disarray and disrespect being shown to the residents, or the entire office staff turns over, whichever comes first. RecommendedThe Grand at Legacy West is beautiful, well-kept and clean. It has a prime location right in the middle of all sorts of stores and restaurants/bars. This is a fun and convenient place to live.

WORST place I have EVER lived. The office staff is EXTREMELY unprofessional, childish, confrontational, and ignorant. They take forever to fix things. I lived here for a year and constantly asked them to check my air because my apartment stayed hot. They entered my apartment without permission or consent on several occasions while I was out of town and ran my electric bill up. I feel like I’m living in a resort!
