RecommendedJeff in maintenance is excellent. We had a fan issue and he took care of it right away. Very pleasant and efficient. Trish in the office is always very friendly and professional and gets back to you right away, whenever you need anything.
So I'm not one for reviews because frankly I don't have the time. But this experience is worth a little of my time. Ms. Paula, you may not know this but your demeanor on the phone is not only unbecoming of a customer service employee but inexcusable and concerning. Your inability to discuss rationally with an admittedly frustrated future tenant is confusing given the large amount of tenants you manage daily. There are roaches that never seem to go away, irresponsible ppl who don’t pick up after their pets, dirty breezeways, only one dumpster for renters to use and not everyone puts their trash in there. While the staff are nice to talk to, they don’t follow up with maintenance requests.
RecommendedVery clean and luxury apartments. I was so proud to call it home. The staff at the Leasing office are very professional. Maintenance department also hard working and respond promptly. I would definitely live there again.

I have lived here for a very long time, I’m very disappointed with the office staff with the exception of Jackeline and Malta who actually treated me as a paying tenant. When I have a maintenance request the staff in the office as I mentioned before are very rude and diminishing toward a simple maintenance request! Honestly I’m at the point right now where I just want to packed and leave. My AC was broken every other day and my dryers is been broken for a week and I never hear anything about it only that my request was done ... read more
