I moved in sight unseen from out of state. I specifically asked for a second floor. Much to my surprise, the only thing under my apartment was a crawl space, which they told me counts as a floor. Very misleading. They offered to move me, but my rent would be higher. Then I tripped on uneven wood in the breezeway and fortunately landed on my purse and only got a black eye. Which I shared with them. They did nothing about it. I decided to move back home.

This community is gorgeous- has a very park-like atmosphere! Great location in Bellevue as well. The office staff is very friendly and helpful and Jordan specifically has been wonderful to work with. I highly recommend living at The Lakes Bellevue!
I absolutely love these apartments! I have lived here 6 months. Lately, a number of things have gone wrong in my apartment and wasp have not been my best friend. I love how when I call the office the staff are very nice and make sure everything is taking care of. Maintenance come on right over (even on a Sunday) and fix things instantly. Thank you all so much! You All are just the BEST.
I do not even know where to begin with this review. The apartments are super nice. Great location and amenities. The maintenance also are very quick in responding to anything we need repaired. If I could rate the complex on all that alone it would be a 5 star review. However, I have to include the office and leasing staff which are a complete joke. I won't be fair if I said I write all the lovely things that I'm enjoying at Lakes Bellevue. The staff are so friendly and helpful.At the beginning of my leasing month,I used to e-mail them for different small issues at the apparent,they come very quickly, you can almost say as soon as I finished my email someone knocked for providing help.
